I purchased some flowers from the above mentioned store. Upon having a look at my credit card statement on the internet, I noticed that I was over charge by R200 plus which I didn't even notice when I paid as I entered my pin and assumed the correct amount was entered. I went in to the store a week later and mentioned that I was over charged. The problem was that I didn't keep the slip as its normal only R50. The guy behind the counter, I think it was Mark, without even asking me for a slip, apologised and said it could have been that I was charged the previous customers price. I was just stunned as I was expecting the total opposite reaction. I know there are a number of people who are dishonest out there, so I was expecting a discussion or request for proof. Since then I have started purchasing a lot more stuff from this store. Now that is what I call customer service.
