I am in McDonald's right now and not very happy. I looked forward to try the Mexican burger and bought one now. After two bites there was no heat or chilli as I was told by friends. I went to examine the poster again and saw they gave me the new Texan. I can understand mistakes no problem.
The cashier went to Siva the manager who was right there with his back to me. She stood and spoke to him in Xhosa trying to get his attention. Eventually he just mumbled something and walked away
He did not even bother to turn around and face me to apologise or explain.
I worked for most fast food franchises as an Operations manager and I know this fool was trained in service
. He simply just didn't care or couldn't be bothered. He is a poor example of McDonald's supposed 'legendary' service. I got another burger, but my experience was ruined! What a shame when employees begin to think they're doing customers a favour. This branch won't see me again. Burger King here I come!
