Everyone residing in the Bothasig area knows for a fact that if they had a craving for ice-cream they would never go to the KFC in Bothasig (Bothasig Mall centre) as they NEVER have ice-cream available.
When I enquired as to why there was never ice-cream available the answer would always be: "Our ice-cream machine is broken and we are waiting on management to fix it."
This has been going on for months now and I find it extremely difficult to understand why they haven't fixed it yet???
This is my second complaint about KFC, my first complaint was lodged on the 18th of June.
I received a reply on this site informing me that I would be contacted "shortly", a month is not shortly KFC!!
Don't even bother telling me on this report that I will be contacted shortly, I wouldn't' want you to in front of all the people reading this, just get it fixed please!!!
