Last night at about 20:40 we went to KFC, Plett wanting to get their pap and chicken option that we had seen advertised in Knysna last week.
I initially asked my fiance if she is sure she wanted to go there because the majority of our experiences with this branch have been unpleasant, especially with regard to food quality.
On arrival the music instore was very loud and when we commented the lady at the till said it was fine because she could hear us. We had to use raised voices when talking to each other!
The item we wanted was apparently a promotional item that was no longer on promotion but we were told that there is a chicken an pap option on the standard menu. When we ordered it we were told that there was no pap available. We promptly walked out.
Since moving to Plett 3 years ago our experience with this branch has predominately been less than satisfactory and we prefer to buy in Knysna when there.
