I was at Steers on Monday night (03/02/2014) around 9pm with 3 friends, I ordered a Hero Roll Meal (chicken).
when the meal came to our table, it looked flat so I opened the roll to see what's inside, to my frustration I saw a few thin slices of chicken covered in a heap of lettuce and sauce. I asked the waitress who brought the food why is there so little chicken, her response was " it comes like that, nothing I can do" with a lot of arrogance (as if she hears this all the time) and she walked away. also, it looked nothing like the picture on the menu board. how frustrating it is to pay for food and get scraps offered on a plate. this was my 2nd bad experience with steers. I would not recommend anyone to eat from Steers as the quality has dropped but the price has increased.
