I anticipated a great night out and thanks to Zinhle, the Queen of Bad attitudes that I have to abandon some
of my duties and waste my time on this. It's Monday late (24/06) around 19:50 and I find Steers closed already and all the smiles were ripped off our faces but the operating hours time on the closed doors gave us that hope that maybe they closed on an aircon account perhaps. I approached and started knocking seeing two ladies at the counter who pretended not to see us going all around trying to find entrance. Eventually I pushed the doors and let myself in and that was enough to drive this young lady wild, potrayed by her body language, frowning&unwelcoming face. If it wasn't for my hungry stomach I would have left then but I stayed and ask if they were closed and Zinhle rudely replied (with her red&black headphones on her ears)"yes we are! When I asked why so early she said "managers did"I then had to ask her to lose the atrocious attitude cause it wasn't helping she chose to call "Bhuti Mandla", the manager who came and said that he was new in this branch and that the times at the door was a misprint and I asked why nothing hasn't been done about it"I'm still new"... SERIOUSLY!!!
