We went to KFC Saturday night and the place was very filthy. I have been here before and it was never like this. The floors looked like it hasn't been cleaned all day, it had black streaks on it and just plain dirty. The empty containers was bursting out of the dirtbin receptor. The tables were disgusting and my sister even had to ask for a cloth to wipe the table. Some KFC staff walked by and couldn't be bothered by the filth. When I left I cleaned my table and took my tray with empty papers to the dirt receptor and there was no space for it so I had no choice but to leave it on the tray on top. When we sat down to eat we realised that we had no condiments. My sister went to ask for some and was told there was none. This was still quite early in the night at month-end to be out of tomato sauce. Also a staff member was sitting at one of the tables doing some work and when she left she just got up and left her empty drink on the table. Would also like to note that my sister went to the front to get some sugar sachets and there was nobody there, she waited a while until a tall guy came but he was making some tea and ignored her. Very bad, staff should be managed more.
