I called Mr Delivery Rondebosch & placed an order from Panarottis. I asked the call centre lady twice if she was placing the order at the Kenilworth Centre Panarottis (Hal-aal) to which I received confirmation, twice, that it was Kenilworth Centre Panarottis. The pizza arrived after 90 mins (we were hungry as it was past 9pm) only to see bacon on our pizzas! They placed the order from Panarottis Claremont (Non-Hal-aah). I had also requested a new menu to be sent to me & surprise surprise no menu (we have requested menus on 3 previous deliveries & received nothing). The invoice indicated a complimentary Argus & surprise surprise no Argus. When I called the manager he apologised & asked if we would accept a free delivery but delivery would take 45 to 60 mins! (which would roughly out us at 10:20pm) oh & he also said that next time I should say the Halaal Panarottis & his tone suggested that I was partly to blame for this! Andrew there won't be a next time!! & secondly inadequate staff is not my problem. We are still waiting on our credit!! Sending pork to a Muslim to eat is sacrilege!!! Train your staff, if there's 2 restaurants with the same name ask which one!
