On Wednesday I visited your LHP Drive-thru.
I ordered a Family Treat 6pc, with 2X hot wings, and a corn in a tub. I was then told the system does not allow corn in a tub... IS THAT MY PROBLEM?
I insisted upon it, the lady then communicated with one of her colleagues, I was then told corn in a tub is no longer an option on Family Treat. Meanwhile, a few meters back, the menu boards clearly advertised the corn in the tub as an option.
When I reached the collection point, the lady kindly tells me that I will only be allowed the corn in the tub this time, as it is no-more an option. Next time I will need to take something else. WHAT AN AUDACITY!
If it's advertised I want it! or I might need to approach the consumer ombudsman for false advertising according to the Consumer Protection Act.
If a product is no-longer available/out-of-stock, management must take steps to change menu boards, and/or obscure the discrepancy on the board.
The next time I visit a KFC, I expect to see accurate menu boards, or I will again order corn in a tub.
Stop trying to CORN() me!
