Debonairs Pizza
Wrong base and time delay

Ordered a hawaiian pizza with a thin and crisp base. Was told to wait ten to 15 minutes. After 25 minutes I eventually got my order. Drove all the way home only to discover that I had a normal base after specifying a thin and crispy base. I have to take the large pizza as this is the only one with a thin and crispy base. Phoned the manager and he was not concerned in the least.
What pathetic service!
