Mr. Delivery doesn't delive

I am staying at a hotel in Sandton while on business. At 18:11pm on 17/01/13, I placed an order with Mr. Delivery from the menu in the hotel room. The menu indicates that they will "endeavour" to deliver within 45 minutes. It also indicates a delivery charge of R23.50.

My food was delivered at 17:33pm - 1 hour and 22 minutes later. When I contacted Mr. Delivery, after an hour had passed, the operator indicated that they deliver between 45 minute to 1 hour. She did not seem to understand that it was already over an hour.

Added to this was the additional charges on my invoice. The delivery charge was not as indicated on the menu, but was charged at R26.00. An additional R10.00 surcharge was added to the invoice. The operator had not explained that even though the restuarant was on their menu and a delivery charge was already on the menu, a surcharge was levied because the resturant was too far away.
Also added to the invoice was a charge for a plastic bag so that Mr. Delivery could place in it a free The New Age newspaper - a newspaper that is free, cost me the price of a plactic bag - twice the price at a supermarket.

So I guess that Mr. Delivery delivers... terrible service.
