Ordered lunch today and that is when the waiting game begun! Tried to phone the store about 30 times but no answer. Finally got through to the store only to be told that my order has just left (2 and a half hours after placing the order) and the finally just before 3 hours has passed i received my lunch (or almost dinner). I opend the package to find brown bread instead of the ordered white bread. The receipt etc all indicate that i ordered white bread but received brown. Needless to say i tried phoning the store to report the problem but quess what, still no answer on all 3 phone numbers. Pieter - 5th floor, Barrow House, Webber st, Selby
