Such extremely slow service for a sandwich is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered at 11:31am only to receive my toasted Chicken Mayo sandwich ice cold long after 1pm. When I called at 12:30 am and queried as to the whereabouts of my order it had not even left for delivery yet, and to top it all the staff member I spoke to was not very apologetic... just told me that they were waiting for the delivery driver to arrive. I know that a sandwich does not take an hour to make. My colleagues ordered from Pizza perfect a half hour after me and received their order before me within 15 minutes.
I have always supported Sandwich Barron when it comes to my lunch choices but I'm afraid that this has definitely soured the relationship. I will not be ordering again any time soon. I am not office bound so I can often not afford to wait 2 hours for my order to arrive.
