I must say this is the first time Ive ever had a problem with Sandwich Baron. And i wouldn't be complaining if the manager at this branch had handled this properly. I ordered a toasted Cheese and Avo Samie brown bread and a Bacon egg and sausages white bread. The size of the brown bread sandwich was the normal size that we usually get. A nice fair size for what you pay. R17.80. HOWEVER the white samie was tiny and they charged R21.50. The excuse i got was they didn't order from Sasko as they usually do. The lady got very annoyed with me as i kept going on about it and hung up the phone. She says she didn't but i heard her complaining about the call to another person and hung up. I then called her back and said that is a lovely way to treat your customers and carried on complaining about how it is the customers fault that they didn't order the bread and if that had happened why a. they don't phone the customer to advise or b. reduce the price. At the end of the call she still didn't have an answer for me just excuses. Revolting service. Not impressed at all!!!
