I phoned my local Spur (Somerset Mall) to find out more about one of their products. I got to speak to one of the Managers. I can't remember his name, but he was very rude. The product I had a query about was the salsa sauce you get when you order the Nacho's. I just wanted to know if I can buy it in a sauce bowl or bottle like all the other sauces. I also asked him how long will it last in the fridge, if I did buy it. He did answer some of my questions with very little patience and then he said: I don't have time to "chat" because the store is very busy. I understand that stores get busy, but I am a customer too, aren't I? I may not be a customer in the store, but I am still a customer on the telephone. I am very unhappy with his attitude and I will never go back to enjoy a meal there - ever again.
