My kids and i went to the Spur on Saturday and we each ordered buffalo wings. When it arrived we noticed it was very dark and didn't look like it normally does. When i tasted it, i could smell and taste Worcestershire sauce. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that the sauce gets like that after it stood for some time. I'm not sure which is worse- the fact that the sauce is old or mixed with Worcestershire sauce. I know he was lying to me since i have a bottle of Duky sauce at home for the past six months and it still tastes the same. I asked for a container so that i could take a sample home. The manager then offered to give us new meals and that had the real Durky sauce. After i complained and took a sample we were treated like royalty and i was asked to complete a service card with my details. My daughter told me that the lady who was mopping the floor was rude to her. She said to the lady "excuse me" as she wanted to get passed and the lady "mocked" her. I told my daughter to go ask her for her name and after a long discussion she told her it is Mussy. She then came to me to ask why i wanted her name and i told her. She then apologised. The staff are rude to kids.
