I visited KFC WierdaPark 3 times in the last 2 days. Yesterday morning 28/05/13 7:45 was the first time and ordered a AM deluxe burger without egg. Got my burger with egg. No big deal people make mistakes. This morning 29/05/13 I visited the store at 6:45 and ordered a toasted cheese and tomato. When I received my order I checked it and the sandwich was more like scrambled eggs in the bag so I sent it back. When I got my sandwich back it was cold and not toasted properly with the cheese cold and as hard as a rock. Sent it back again and waited 10 min for a new one that was also horrible and only ate half. I have been there again now 29/05/13 13:15 where I ordered three burgers and asked that the one must please not have any garnish on. The lady I ordered from assured me that it will be done and I proceeded to the payment window where I again asked their must me no garnish on the one burger and the gentlemen assured me that there wont be as there is a note on the slip. I asked him please tell them in person. When I got to the pick up window I opened the burger to find garnish and asked the person at the window to make me a new one and still he tells me there is nothing wrong with it. WHY???
