We have had bad or no service each time we've gone to Wimpy in Stoneridge and Eastgate. After waiting ages for service they get your order wrong and then leave the food and drinks waiting at the kitchen so when you recieve it the food and coffee is cold. Yesterday at Eastgate I received cold coffee and under cooked bacon and all they could say was some of their staff hadn't come to work, that is no reason for the bad/lack of service!
Many customers wait so long for service that they get up and leave at both branches. When it comes to paying the bill pretty much every customer leaving has a complaint yet when we go back the service has not changed, if anything it's worse each time.
