On crutches due to knee operation. After waiting in a queue for 10 min, was told that credit card machine did nit work. Had to walk/hop up stairs to draw cash. After getting back, was told that insufficuent number of chickens were not pre cooked and had to wait for them to come out of oven. Manager there and did not bother to talk to me himself.
