One of my team members put in a order for 8 people. was a team lunch. There was some misunderstanding as the orders were rang up individually. when I got there and wanted to pay by card, I was told that I need to swipe my card 7 times which i politely refused, I also did not have cash on me. I was told by the manager-Joseph that i must walk to the auto machine in the old weather and draw which i refuse. He told me it is to much work to void the transaction and redo it and so if went back and forth he also just went ahead and assisted the other clients. After sulking he told me that we can go sit and they will bring the food and he will do the void later. If u have a manger with that kind of attitude ow-many business did u not loose in the past. He could have done it in the first place and saved me and my team having to talk about. I have to say the food was excellent
