I was at KFC Stormvoel road in Pta Kilnerpark this past Friday afternoon. After standing in a long que and waiting for 30 to get to the front, after placing my order the person behind the till I think her name was Deke told me the card mashine is not working. I asked her why there is no sign up saying its offline. She gave me this blank look and ignored me. I went to withdraw money and was back inline. Luckily Previous who saw me the 1st time called me and assisted me with a smile. I asked Deke again why there is no sign as alot of people dont carry money with them. Again she gave me this disgusted look. I havent been to KFC for 3 years because of the bad service previously and wrong orders. Nothing has changed, still the slopy disgusting I dont give a hoot as previously. WIll stay away thanx and advise others to do the same. Bad service for R130. Never again.
