Yesterday we went to by MC flurry with my kids (drive thru), they gave us our tubs and the oreo was not mixed with ice cream, so I asked the lady to mix and she said she cannot because the ice cream was not frozen, I asked her why didnt they notify me when I place an order, she couldnt reply instead she asked me to wait at the parking area for 5 minutes, after I waited the manager came with my money to refund me saying that the lady who assisted me said I needed my money back, I told her I cant wait for 5 minutes and the next thing they give me my money back and my Kids want Ice cream, she then said I should wait for another 5min, after I waited she came back and gave us the Ice cream and only to realise after we left that she gave us the same melted ice cream and I was already on the way home. I felt so humiliated and was made a fool by the manager (Me Tlaleng), I haave been too linient to the staff of Mcdonalds Klerksodorp by not reporting them, now things are getting worse and I felt I report the matter.
