On more than one occasion my friends and I have experienced terrible service from staff at Cubana in Cedar Square and when we approach the manager of the shift (evening) and state our problems he replies with a bad attitude and this doesn't make us feel needed as a customer. I did not even bother to take his name down, all I know is that he is bald headed.
I just thought this needed to be voiced on this platform.
