Dirty Chairs

I was surprised that Mug and Bean in Fourways mall can be so dirty! I couldn't find a booth or chair where my family could sit which is not stained beyond believe. I have personally complained about this to managment twice and yet after 3 months I visited and walked out of the restaurant because of the state of their furniture. Their other branches seem to look after their furniture, what is wrong at the fourways mall branch?
