Two of us visited the restaurant for breakfast and ordered the R52 Traditional Breakfast. When it arrived there were two fried eggs, two small rashers of bacon and four 1/4 slices of a small tomato plus two slices of bread in a basket with butter (no jam). The quantity was pathetic when compared to the Mugg and Bean breakfast on the Go for just R34. When I complained the manageress simply stated that was the price and there was nothing she could do about it. I said that if I had seen the serving in a photograph I would not have ordered it. Her attitude was uncompromising and devoid of any PR training designed to attract customers. I had to ask her if she would be prepared to give us a second cup of coffee on the house as compensation for a poor meal. She obliged but I should not have had to ask her. Basically this menu item of food is way over priced when compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood. I blame the owners for not training their staff adequately in the art of pleasing customers. I will not visit them again.
