Good morning I have a complaint this morning towards the KFC Irene Village mall. Yesterday afternoon I bought R130 worth kfc there. I ordered the Family treat 6 piece with the extra sides. As well as another packet of Zinger wings. I repeatidly ask the lady to not put in wings in the six piece as I ordered mash, pops and zinger wings. And added another packet of wings (so in total 8 Wings) When I came home 2 of the pieces in the box were wings and the other pieces so small I couldn't believe! I know sometimes they put in one but 2! Ontop of the 8 I ordered.
The mash was rediculous. A big amount of sauce and the amount of mash that fits on a table spoon. We were 4 people eating from this!!! Seriously, specially not if it cost me R130. I have the slip if you need this as proof.
And again to my dissapointment NO SERVIETTES, NO SPICES WHATSO EVER.
We buy KFC a lot! This and these branches gives KFC a bad name and on the long run be bad for your company.
I AM SORRY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I AM IN THE MEDIA MYSELF AND KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
