Why can't you get a pizza right?

Why is it when you make a pizza after a complaint it's made correct. but when one orders from you guys later on, it all turns to?

just a general complaint, I'm over your branch now. I've never been a fan of St. Elmos since years back I recieved bad service and never forgotten, but my girl likes you so we order from you. So far out of the numerous times we have ordered, I can think of only once that it's been acceptable. The rest there's been some problem or another, many times we just don't complain cause it's more energy spent than it's worth in the end.

Your last pizza order we placed we got burnt pizza, black charred burnt. And though they got the avo on pizza procedure right (after telling them to NOT to put the avo on the pizza before cooking, something you NEVER get right) the avo was over ripe and brown and bitter in the end.

It's sad cause you guys used to be the top pizza place in Cape Town for me.
