I placed an order at 11:35 and was told delivery will be in 45 minutes. It took an extra 45 minutes to get my order. Despite numerous calls, I was told the driver is on his way. I then spoke to siboniso the manager who told me that.my order was late due to it been lost and therefore had to pack a new order which made it delay more. I requested for the manager to compensate me for the late delivery and was told his hands are tied. He did however send a large chips, which does not come close to been 45 minutes late.
