Poorest customer service

The service that I have been receiving from the Waterstone Village Shopping Center KFC is the worst service I have ever had, and I worked as a customer service tester. Firstly my server, Justine, the supposed manager, did not have the appropriate make up for a manager, secondly as I walk up to make my order I was not greeted or acknowledged even after I greeted her, she came across completely rude. Thirdly I place my order, she places it incorrectly, R30 more than it's suppose to be, I ask her to please correct my order she was not very happy with this and was even ruder that she was at the start, after she corrects my order and I pay, she proceeds to hand me an incorrect slip at the value of R200 (if this was for my job i would insist on receiving the order I have the slip for) I insist on receiving the correct slip where she proceeds to reply with "the slip doesn't matter". Fourthly as the order arrives I double check it and notice that one of my packets of chips is inequitably filled, I asked for it to be filled properly with the most rude tone of voice she says "It's a regular chips, that's how the come". After this I simply can't wait for the mcdonalds to open across them.
