Myself and my family visited Mugg and Bean in Harrismith over the easter weekend. I would just like to thank you for the Amazing sevice and quality of food that you and your staff produced.
This place was so busy I thought we will have to wait at least an hour to be seated and then another hour to get our food. But the moment the manager saw us he got us a table. The waited was SOO friendly and helpful. We placed our order and got our food in no more than 15 min! I am very impressed!
Have not seen a place operate like yours in a long time.
