No Feedback

I had to wait more than 3 months for my windscreen. I understand if there is no stock with suppliers, but the total lack of feedback or followup calls is unacceptable. This after me having to phone in about 10 times, going to the shop twice and even phoning the owner to get info. THEY DONT RETURN CALLS.

DISGUSTED with the service. PG GLASS should revoke the franchise as not even the owner returns phone calls.

I delt with Bronwyn who is useless. Never phones back when she promises. The manager Dee about phoning and leaving voice messages on my phone. Strange that all the other calls goes throu but none from PG Glass. And the owner Ivan promised to call back in 1 hour. That was about 6 weeks ago.

PATHETIC!!!
