I feel so disgusted by the service

I went to Wimpy on Friday night to eat, I wasnt so hungry so my boyfriend ordered something to eat and i just ordered hot chocolate. To his surprise the burger was cold, when we call the waitress, her name was Philisiwe Shabalala, she said she will warm the burger in the microwave. So we wait another 5 to 6 minutes while she was warming it up, when she brings it the bun was hard, when we call her again, she said okay shes coming back, and when she comes back she brings an empty bun and she says we must remove the stuff that is inside the burger and put it in the new bun that she brought. I just couldnt believe it, she was so rude and just didnt give good service, eventually my boyfriend refused to eat that burger and refused to pay for it, she didnt even apologise for the inconvinience and she just took the burger of the bill and she gave us our bill. She rili had an attitude problem and she needs to be dealt with.
