I noted the standard inhumane replies to complaints from KFC on other complaints in this site. I guess I will get the same. But hopefully I can also warn other non-suspecting "would-be-victims". I was furious to discover that after the cashier confidently repeated to me what was in the packet & had paid for was missing. Of course I only realised once I was driving along the free way as it was "take-away". I was so angry but luckily remembered the name on the badge of the lady (as she had also asked for a donation for some noble course). Well turns out she was not such a lady as you would think. But a lady with tendencies as Julius would put it! The name was Portia. I gave the shop a call and asked for her. I told her exactly what I thought of her! Please refuse Portia's service when you drive down to Durban (do let her know of this complaint) and double-check your food yourself from that KFC as it might be a disease in the shop! KFC don't bother with your "copy & paste" reply. I will make it a point to talk to her myself, in person, next time I drive down to Durban. The name is Portia and I won't forget it. PS: I had the same problem with KFC in Centurion (Lenchen Str).
