I go to MC Donald Braamfontein almost everyday an the service stink, there's only 1 consultant at the till so u need to wait at least 15 to 20 min to place and order the wait again an additional 15 min for your food.
i complaint to manager about it and what he did was like if i am not willing to wait i must take my money back an go he even went to the xtend that he called security on me for complaining.
it reminds of Xmas, we bought 50 cheese burgers for the homeless and i was short of 1 i spoke to the manager and he said dont worry we'll get you an additional burger waited 30 min and guess what when he cam back he was singing a diff tune mxm... makes wonder i am still buying food there.
