I had a complaint about a take away I recieved from Spur and recieved an apology from the head office via email and a call from Peggy the manager and was offered a complimentary burger to make up for the bad quality I was hesitant to go back but decided to give Spur another chance and was not disappointed, Joshua the manger that I dealt with when I arrived was very courteous and helped me in no time, I had a drink while I waited and recieved my food before I had finished it, the food was excellent and I really enjoyed it. I hope the service will be just as great when I go back. Thank you Spur.
