So my hubby and i decide to go grocery shopping and was hungry so we went to the wimpy in bedworth park in vanderbijl. we order our drinks and got them i ordered a coke and got no ice in the glass. she then comes to me and asks if she can pick up my 5 month old child and i said no and asked a few times. when we finally got our food after an hour of waiting with no knives and forks nothing had to ask them for them and then the food was ice cold too. they all stand around and chit chat and don't do their jobs. i'm sorry its not right to have to wait an hour for your food and when you get it its cold. the manager did not apologise nothing and about 30 mins earlier i heard another customer complain and after he left they were talking about him but could not hear what they were saying. if wimpy doesn't want upset clients then they need to learn how to treat their customers and if they don't have managerial skills then why take the job. they should have not made us pay for the ice cold meal
