Bad customer service is innexcusable. Being rude to a customer is disgraceful.
I ordered a small sub from Pizza Perfect in Lonehill. As I was accustomed to ordering subs from there during lunchtime at work, I knew they had me on their databsase. 20 min later, I called to check on my order. A very rude employee told me that Pizza Perfect doe snot deliver for less than R60, and that it was a policy that is on their website, that I know all to well. I explained that I had no knowledge of such a poilicy, as I had ordered subs to be delivered before. She ordered me to come and fetch my sub, and if I didn't, she would come to my workplace and tell me what she thinks of me.
I have thoroughly searched their website, it makes no mention of such a policy. Had she not been rude, I would have ordered another sub so the matter could be resolved and they would deliver. I hung up, then she called me back and left a very rude message on my voicemail.
I will no longer be ordering anything from Pizza Perfect, and I have every intention of sharing my experience with my colleagues.
