I called in about 11:30 to place an order for delivery. The person who picked up the phone could not understand any personal details i gave her, then couldnt even understand my order, somebody had to take over the call. After 10 minutes i get cut off. I call back again, having to repeat myself many times. All that still before 12pm. Then i get calls from the delivery guy stating that i need to fetch my food downstairs as there is no parking available. Yet there is plenty parking outside & around the building, including a parking lot across the road. At 1pm i call to find out where is the food, the cashier says its still at the store, driver will bring it shortly. I ask to speak to the manager (Stanley) who came on the line and said that the food has left. Someone was lying!! I tell the manager i am not going to pay as I have waited so long and my lunch break is almost over. The driver (Paul) comes at 13:10 and when i inform him I am not paying he takes the food and leaves. I then get my my food at 13:40 ice cold. I had asked for no spicy peppers instead jalepenos on my chicken tikka sub, yet it comes with the peppers. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER.I usually go to the branch once a week. NOT ANYMORE!
