We have used kfc in plumstead a few times and each and every time they got the order wrong. And when you want to speak to the manager they say wait here for the manager and you wait more than 20mins just to get a ok we will try harder next time. With no care in the world. This isn't the first time I've logged a complaint last time they said sorry with 5 pieces of chicken. I will never use them again because they don't improve their standards. Please improve or close your doors in Plumstead or at least change your staff and management. Cause I won't go back there again. RUDE STAFF
