This is not the 1st time I am complaining on HP about our KFC. (No response from the area manager last time.. lets see if any one actually gets back to me this time. I live 37km from town (nearest kfc) so I am totally unimpressed that this is the second time I arrive home to find the fillet on my rounder is missing. The second time. Due to the nature of my work, I am constantly rushing and do not have time to check through my orders before leaving the place. I shouldnt have to! June month, take my kids for ice cream - the ice cream machine is broken. July- buy a bucket of chicken, and 7 rounders for my staff- NO SERVIETTES. End July no ice cream again, AND no buns for rounders. NO buns for rounders?? Aug - date, missing chicken, hair on nuggets, no ice cream, no buns so no rounders. No serviettes stock didnt arrive for almost 2 wks. Still waiting for the area manager to "get back" to me from my July complaint about missing chicken and rude rude rude staff. Why not just close down. Whats the point in driving 37km BACK to go get my missing piece of chicken? Empty dry bun for supper. So theres now buns but no chicken?? Thanks KFC!! Pathetic.
