Firstly I live less than a kilometre away from the service station, so naturally my preference would be to fill up there. On 4 occasions in April they were out of stock, and this morning again out of stock. When you ask the attendant he just smiles, and cannot give you a reason why. Then there's the issue of never having enough staff onsite when they do eventually get petrol, and the poor service.
I cannot understand how a reputable business like BP can allow this really poor service to occur month after month. surely there is an area manager who visits these stations and ensures service is at its best always.
To the owner, area manager, senior managers at BP, go visit the Shell GArage in Plumstead, and see how a service station should be run, more than enough staff to assist you and always busy very very busy.
I challenge you to drop flyers in post boxes in Plumstead asking residents what they thought about your service station, and I bet 99% would say the same, no stock lousy service = disaster.
Thank you Shell Plumstead, I don't mind waiting few minutes to fill up, you guys are great, I now understand why you're always so busy.
