Once again, I find myself mailing you to complain regarding the order I placed earlier with Rashida @ 12:15. I called to order a large Chicken filla and instead of receiving what we ordered, we received a Meaty Filla instead. Now at this point, there was no use sending this back as the ladies here are extremely hungry, so that was not the option.
Therefore, there is nothing left of the pizza now. I have been ordering pizza from Grassy park all this time, but we were forced to use Plumstead as it is Jumuah and Grassy Park would've only been able to deliver after 2.
I have now decided to never ever again order from your Plumstead branch as the service there Is pathetic and this isn't the first time that they are messing up with the food. I remember a year ago also lodging a complaint regarding the quality of the food. I have never ever received this issue with the Grassy Park branch and i don't expect to receive this from Plumstead either.
I hope that this complaint does not fall on deaf ears.
