We placed an order with the store at 18h18 on 24/5/2013 (as per their invoice details, although on my cellphone the time was 18h14). We were told that the order would be ready in 40 min. In the store the signage reads 'our 39-minutes-or-your-order-free promise', and I questioned one of the employees. She responded that that promise is no longer applicable, and seeing that it is Friday, and they are very busy, it does not apply! I eventually received my order at 19h12 (again, on the clock in store, my Timon 19h17), and requested the employee to sign my receipt as proof. My question is DOES THE PROMISE ACTUALLY STILL APPLY, OR IS THE STORE SIMPLY DOING FALSE ADVERTISING? (Cheryll)
