Very poor customer, we orderd zinger meals but when the food was presented we were told that they didn't have the zinger option available. Obviously being quite upset, the "manager" was unable to assist in the query, and started laughing as soon as we turned our backs. To me this is sub standard service or pehaps this is just the KFC Upington standard.
