My parents and I were looking forward to a nice lunch but will definitely not return. No staff close to the entrance to seat you, when you are seated no one asks whether you would like a refreshment so you're forced to wait until the waiter eventually returns. I asked for a medium-well steak and received medium-rare, the waitress had no trouble and returned it to the kitchen. A few minutes later the manager on duty (Lyle) is by my side talking to me like I'm a 3 year old and explaining that that was a medium steak (not medium-well like I asked) and that the blood in my plate was only sauce so I must be mistaken - also that the kitchen staff haven't quite mastered the grill but I've ordered something else right so the problem has been solved? I'm not sure what the point was of his visit to the table as he upset all 3 of us who really only wanted to have a good day and didn't want to argue any further.

The Christmas menu looked great and we wanted to reserve a table but will now be looking at anywhere else to avoid having Christmas spoiled - if they aren't able to correctly complete orders when the restaurant is half-full, what will Christmas day be like?!
