It's been 2 weeks now that i'm still waiting for your call which you have assured me. Responding to my complaint is fair enough for acknowledging what has happened but assuring somebody of something and not delivering displays the level of customer service and professionalism in your organisation. The thing is i intended to go public with my situation through every kind of media available but i held on to that after reading your response about you assuring me that you would contact me directly and we could resolve this but obviously it looks like we not getting anywhere with so if i dont hear anything from you by Monday 20/05 then i take it that you share no interest in the serverity of this matter and i will go public with story through all availabe forms of media and handle this on a higher perspective.
