After all the back-and-forth telephone calls regarding the light cover that fell on my head, no proper compensation was offered. Needless to say, I'm an extremely unhappy FORMER customer and will no longer be supporting KFC - great thing Burger King has decided to come to SA. Its been over a month and I still have a bump on my forehead. I will not encourage any of my family and friends to support the KFC franchise. Who knows what might fall on one's head - light covers or pointless liasons?
