My pensioner mother bought R600's worth of electricity at this store. They actually only sold her R500's worth though. A few days later I came to visit my mother and discovered the mismatch when entering the codes into the meter. We contacted OK Grocer Dana Bay expecting to be told off. Instead Rita compared our receipt with her books and confirmed the R100 mismatch. She refunded my mother the amount. In these days and age one doesn't expect such honesty - thanks Rita and staff!
