Charge double for items

I bought from OK Grocer Danville, a lot of times as I am a pensioner and has no transport to go to other shops. He is the nearest to me.
I always had to ask for a invoice and a lot of times they double charge me on some products.
When I complain about it, the managers don't do anything about it.
This Happens to some of my friends as well.
I Bought some airtime and when I left the shop it was not with my things. When I complain the manager don't listen at all
