On the 30th of April I ordered food from Fishaways for delivery. at 17h11 I stay less than a kilometer away from them, but i have a business i run from home and its not possible for me to go and stand in a cue. I ordered 3 portions of fish and chips. When it arrived in a very timeous fashion, 17h39 it was short of one portion of fish and chips. i tried to phone them (23 times) and told them of the problem. and they assured me they will dispatch it. After an hour i still did not received my food. I must say that either the phone is engaged or there is no answer. i phoned them again and they assured me it is on its way. At 19h04 i phoned them again with the same story again, at 19h55 i phoned them and told them that if my food is not there before 20h30 i will go to the police to lodge a complaint of against them. I complained on their facebook page and the following day an Yvonne phoned from Fishaways, at that stage i was on a roof rescuing a kitten and told her to phone me in an hours time. She NEVER EVER PHONED ME AGAIN. I used to buy glaringly from them but i will not buy again from them. Just like i boycotted Woolworths i will boycott Fishaways.
